PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION ON HOW TO ORDER:
Once you place your order, we will send you two emails, one confirmation email and the second will have instructions on where to send your items. You may also drop them off at the address provided in the email.
You can send us up to four different onesies and we'll transform them into a one-of-a-kind cozy sweater. Please only send the material that you would like us to use for the sweater. All material that is unused will be sent back with the completed sweatshirt. *Customer will be responsible for shipping costs of the onesie/sleeper(s) to the shop. But in return we will offer free shipping once the sweatshirt is completed. Free shipping will only apply to this product only; any additional items included in the order will incur a flat shipping fee.
Please include your order number on the outside of the package after your name on the return address so we can easily pair your package to your order once received. This is the same for drop off.
We understand how important your keepsakes are to you and we want to make sure they arrive safely in your hands. Please be advised that we are not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit to and from our shop.
Each handcrafted piece is made to order and personalized just for you, with this said we do not offer refunds, you can trust in the quality and uniqueness of your purchase. In rare cases, shop credit may be available at the discretion of L&E Mama Designs.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Current turnaround time is 10-14 business days once the keepsake is received. But rest assured, the wait is worth it for a truly special and unique piece. Plus, during slower seasons, our turnaround times may be even faster. Order now to secure your one-of-a-kind Keepsake Crewneck Sweater.
Once shipped, please allow another 3-5 days to arrive if you are within Ontario. Outside of Ontario can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. US shipping can take up to 5 weeks. Shipping delays may effect delivery time which are out of our control. Please be patient and if there are any questions or concerns direct message us.
